CreatorXXX Content License & Usage Terms
Welcome to CreatorXXX (“we”, “our”, “us”). This page lays out the legal ground rules for accessing and using any video, image, text, metadata, or other material (collectively, “Content”) made available oncreatorxxx.io (“Site”). By visiting the Site—or downloading, embedding, streaming, scraping, or otherwise making use of Content—you agree to be bound by these License Terms as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Ownership & Intellectual-Property Rights
1.1 All Content remains the exclusive property of its respective creators, performers, studios, or other rightsholders (“Content Owners”).
1.2 CreatorXXX does not claim ownership over user-generated uploads; we act solely as a hosting, curation, and indexing platform.
1.3 Trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on the Site are the property of their owners and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
2. Limited Licence to You
Subject to full compliance with these terms, we grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable licence to:
- Stream Content via the official CreatorXXX player;
- Download thumbnails or preview snippets that are explicitly marked “Download permitted”;
- Share public URLs that link back to the original CreatorXXX watch page, provided you credit the performer and “CreatorXXX”.
No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce full-resolution images, redistribute HLS segments, or publish compilations without a separate written agreement.
3. Uses Strictly Prohibited
- Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting Content;
- Removing watermarks, metadata, copyright notices, or performer IDs;
- Using bots to mass-download playlists or TS fragments;
- Autoplay-looping adult material on sites accessible to minors; or
- Publishing Content that violates any local laws (e.g. CSAM, NCII, bestiality).
4. Fair Use & Transformative Commentary
Excerpts used for commentary, review, or scholarship must be —
(a) proportionate; (b) credited with a backlink; and (c) not misleading about the performer’s identity or consent.
5. DMCA / Copyright Policy
If you believe your copyrighted work appears on the Site without authorization, send a takedown notice to [email protected] including:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the copyrighted work;
- The CreatorXXX URL of the allegedly infringing material (with sufficient detail);
- Your contact information; and
- A statement of good-faith belief and statement under penalty of perjury.
We remove material within 48 hours and notify the uploader, who may submit a counter-notice pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §512 (g).
6. Age & Territory Restrictions
You must be 18+ (or the local age of majority) to access the Site. Some jurisdictions prohibit adult content; ensure your use complies with local law.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Content is provided “AS IS” without warranties. CreatorXXX shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Content.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales; exclusive venue — courts of London, UK.
